Fernanda Narváez Sterling is the founder and lead therapist of OASIS Medical Massage and Bodywork, a boutique space dedicated to refined, therapeutic bodywork and personalised care.
Trained in Medical Massage Therapy at Blue Heron Academy, Fernanda combines advanced clinical knowledge with more than 20 years of hands-on massage experience. Her work seamlessly blends the precision of medical massage with an intuitive approach that supports healing, promotes deep relaxation, and enhances mobility.
Originally from Colombia, Fernanda’s philosophy of care has also been shaped by the years she spent living in Canada, Chile, and across Europe. These diverse cultural experiences have enriched her understanding of global wellness traditions and the many ways bodywork can restore balance between the body and mind.
As the creator of OASIS, Fernanda envisioned a space where therapeutic precision meets tranquillity. Every session is thoughtfully tailored, combining clinical insight with a calm, restorative atmosphere designed to help clients release tension, recover from physical strain, and reconnect with a deeper sense of well-being.
