Hello Friends! Soma Energeia is a female and veteran-owned massage therapy practice offering intuitive bodywork and Reiki alignment.

I'm a graduate of the Cortiva School of Massage Therapy and hold a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from Drexel University. Over the past 12 years, I've worked hands-on with hundreds of clients across wellness centers, fitness centers, and chiropractic offices.

My approach is intuitive rather than script-based. I listen, both to what you tell me and to what your body is holding onto, and I adjust the session accordingly. Every appointment includes a full hour on the table, and the intake conversation, getting to know your goals and what's going on with you that day, doesn't eat into that time or cost extra.

Whether you're managing a specific area of tension, recovering from athletic activity, or simply need consistent time set aside for yourself, sessions are built around what you actually need rather than a one-size-fits-all format. First-time clients can expect a short conversation before the session starts, clear communication about pressure and focus areas throughout, and a space that's calm, private, and unhurried.
