In Thai, Nuad means "massage," but to us, it represents so much more. It's the culmination of a journey that began when my husband and I, as professional dancers and choreographers, first encountered the rhythmic, flowing nature of traditional Thai massage.

We spent five consecutive summers in Chiang Mai, Thailand, immersing ourselves in this ancient practice. What captivated us wasn't just the techniques—it was the dance we recognized in every movement, every stretch, every mindful touch. Thai massage moved like choreography, flowed like performance, and connected practitioner and client in a dialogue of movement.

That fascination led us deeper—into the layers of the body, its incredible functions, and the myriad ways we can support healing and vitality.
