🌿 Hello, my name is Erin Murray, and I am a licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping individuals achieve relaxation and healing by supporting nervous system regulation. I graduated from Art of Massage Institute in 2023 and had the privilege of beginning my career at Relax Lab in Tyler, where I honed my skills in various therapeutic techniques.
🌿 ️I specialize in Swedish massage with somatic and craniosacral undertones, as well as offering prenatal massage, hot stone therapy, decompression therapy with cupping and aromatherapy. In addition to my foundational training, I hold certification through The Embody Lab for Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, which allows me to better support clients on their journey to emotional and physical well-being with a more holistic and trauma-informed approach.
🌿️ In my free time, I enjoy playing with my dog Bogi and simply recharging in nature, whether it be going on a good hike, paddleboarding or kayaking at the lake. 🌅
