Himalayan Hot Stone Massage The stones provide 84 essential mineral and trace compounds that can help restore depleted minerals to the skin, which is extremely beneficial to those with skin conditions. On a physical level, the heat of the salt melts restrictive fascia to go deeper into the muscles and helps to loosen the joints. They create negative ions when heated, inducing a sense of peace and deeper sense of relaxation, as well as helping to balance the ions in the surrounding environment(which help to improve our moods, clear our minds and reduce headaches), and clean and purify the air(especially beneficial for those with respiratory problems). 60 Min Session...............$80 90 Min Session...............$110

The word Reiki is derived from two Japanese words- "rei," meaning "Universal Spirit," and "ki," meaning "life force energy." The word reiki, therefore, refers to a balanced cosmic and life force energy. Because of its qualities of universal energy, it seems to have a basic consciousness which, when used for healing, is able to provide exactly what is needed on all levels. 30 Min...............$40 45 Min...............$55 60 Min...............$70
