About

Therapeutic Massage is my passion. I use a combination of techniques to provide the optimal experience for each individual and situation. I have continuing education in Gua Sha and Neuromuscular Therapy, and can also do Intra-Oral work. I have been working as a massage therapist for over 10 years and have worked with an extensive range of situations. No issue is too big or too small to receive the benefits of massage!

Located at the Streets of Southglenn, below the library, inside Sola Salon Studios. The entrance is by the fountain. All sessions are by appointment only. Check the schedule for availability.

Cancellation Policy
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling a session. You may be charged up to the full amount of the session unless rescheduling for the current week or first available session. This amount must be paid prior to your next session.
No-shows: You will be charged for the missed session.
Late Arrivals: We will determine whether there is enough time remaining to begin, or if the session must be rescheduled. If there is enough time to begin, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate those after you, and you will be responsible for the cost of the original session regardless of time remaining. Rescheduling may result in a half charge for your "missed" session.

Please plan accordingly and be on time.

Closures and Holidays

We may close due to inclement weather or events outside our control. If 9news lists the Colorado School of Healing Arts or Arapahoe Library District, specifically Southglenn Library, as closed then we are closed as well. If schools and governments close, there is a good chance we will close as well. If 4 or more inches of snow falls, we will likely close due to hazards in travel. If you have an appointment and we are closing, we will call you as soon as the decision is made so that we can reschedule you to the earliest available time. If you have concerns about making your appointment, please call as soon as possible.

We will be closed on these holidays and specific dates:

New Year's Day/January 1

May 25

Independence Day/July 4

Labor Day

Election Day -- even in off years

November 14

Thanksgiving Day

Christmas Day/December 25

If a holiday falls on a Sunday, we will be closed either the Saturday before and/or the Monday after the acutal holiday.

Other dates may be determined throughout each individual year.

We look forward to serving you!

Elizabeth Gillespie, L.M.T., B.C.T.M.B.

Graduate of the Denver School of Massage Therapy

Elizabeth believes that everyone can benefit from massage, and that treatment should be modified and specific to each individual. The most benefit can be received when massage is obtained no less than once a month.

Although she wanted to go to medical school, and took a few classes in the process of trying to get there, Elizabeth has considered motherhood to be the best profession. Wanting to help her husband, an amateur cyclist in his youth, with his aches and pains, she went to massage school and found it the perfect blend of what she loved of both motherhood and medicine.

Elizabeth has shared 40 years of marriage with her husband, and together they have raised 8 children and now have 6 grandchildren. She and her husband enjoy cycling (when they find the time), reading, and music. She also enjoys movies, her grandchildren and family time, and good clean food.
