In my roles as a functional medicine coach, massage therapist and yoga teacher, I strive to attentively meet you where you're at and serve as a resource.

My philosophy of care is based in root cause medicine, systems biology, the power of positive psychology, mindfulness, mindset and character strengths. All of my treatment sessions are holistic and client-centered. Healing is an integrative process that involves physiological, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

I understand the importance of individualized care. Whether you are managing an acute or chronic condition, seeking to gain greater mobility, ease, strength, flexibility and adaptability in daily life, or striving for a personal milestone goal, I will customize care depending upon what resonates with you.
