About

Welcome

Your body keeps the score — and it’s been keeping track longer than you may realize.

Whether you’re navigating chronic pain, recovering from an injury, managing the weight of daily stress, or simply ready to feel like yourself again, you’ve come to the right place. Preventative, intentional bodywork isn’t a luxury — it’s one of the most powerful investments you can make in your own wellbeing.

Every session here is built around you — not a template, not a timer. I use neuromuscular therapy to work precisely where your body needs it most: targeting areas of trauma, nerve entrapment, and restricted movement that general massage often misses. This is specific, purposeful work — and it makes a real difference.

What’s Included in Every Session — No Add-On Fees, No Surprises:

Aromatherapy with high-quality essential oils chosen for your body’s specific needs

Hot stones to melt tension and improve circulation

Reflexology to stimulate the body’s natural healing pathways

Fascia work to release the connective tissue that holds so much of our stored stress

Organic coconut oil and premium CBD products to enhance comfort and reduce inflammation

You deserve a session that addresses the whole person — not just the symptom.

I look forward to being part of your healing journey.

Desiree Pritchard, LMT, CNMT

With over two decades of hands-on experience, I bring both the science and the soul to every session.

I became a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Neuromuscular Therapist because I believed then — and still believe now — that the body has a remarkable capacity to heal when it’s given the right support. Twenty years of practice has only deepened that conviction. I’ve worked with clients navigating chronic pain, post-injury recovery, stress-related tension, and everything in between, and what I’ve learned is this: real healing happens when we treat the whole person, not just the symptom.

I approach this work from a place of genuine care — for the physical body, yes, but also for the emotional and spiritual wellbeing that shapes how we feel every single day. When those three dimensions are tended to, something shifts. Health improves. Relationships deepen. Life feels more like what it was meant to be.

That philosophy is woven into everything I do — from the way I customize each session to the quality of every product I choose to use. You’ll never feel like a number here. You’ll feel like a person who matters.

Because you do.

up to 90% of disease is stress-related. Think about that for a moment. The tension you carry in your shoulders, the sleepless nights, the foggy thinking, the low-grade ache that never quite goes away — these aren’t just inconveniences. They’re your body asking for help.

Nothing ages us faster — inside and out — than unmanaged, chronic stress. And yet, so many of us treat rest and bodywork as luxuries rather than necessities. Massage changes that conversation. It is one of the most research-supported, time-honored tools we have for resetting the nervous system and restoring the body to its natural state of balance.

What Regular Massage Can Do for You

When stress is managed well, your whole life reflects it:

Decreased anxiety so you can move through your days with more ease and presence.

Deeper, more restorative sleep because rest is where real healing begins.

Greater energy and mental clarity when your nervous system finally gets a chance to exhale.

Improved circulation feeding your cells and organs the oxygen they need to thrive.

Reduced fatigue so you can show up fully for the life and people you love.

Targeted Healing for Specific Conditions

Beyond general stress relief, therapeutic bodywork can address real, specific physical concerns — often in ways that surprise people who have tried everything else:

Alleviate chronic low-back pain and restore range of motion that stress and tension have stolen.

Support expectant mothers with gentler, shorter labor and faster postpartum recovery.

Enhance immune function by stimulating lymph flow — your body’s built-in defense system.

Strengthen and stretch weak, tight, or underused muscles back toward their full potential.

Support athletic performance helping your body prepare for and recover from strenuous activity.

Improve skin health the body’s largest and most overlooked organ.

Increase joint flexibility and reduce the stiffness that limits your everyday movement.

Lift mood and ease depression through the release of endorphins — your body’s natural painkillers.

Promote tissue regeneration reducing scar tissue, stretch marks, and post-surgical adhesions.

Reduce muscle spasms and cramping so your body can finally let go.

Relieve migraine pain and the tension that builds long before a headache ever arrives.

Ease dependence on pain medication by addressing the root source of discomfort rather than masking it.

Your body was designed to heal. Sometimes it just needs a little help remembering how.
