Beth Benham Deep Peace

My name is Beth Benham and I've been a practicing RN for 31 years and a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of NH for 23 years.

I earned my BS in Nursing from UNH, and my Massage and Polarity Therapy Certificates (total of 1200 hours) from Polaritiy Realization Institute, Portland, Maine. I earned my certification in Clinical Acupressure from Soul Lightening International. I have also completed all coursework to be a Process Acupressure practitioner.

I feel deeply that bodywork is a beautiful way to invite healing into the body, mind and spirit
and I love to see people move toward ease and wholeness through this work.

When I'm not at the table with a client or at my nursing practice, I love to spend time with my family and friends, garden, read, play fiddle and piano, dance and walk the lovely beaches and trails of the gorgeous place we live. I have two wonderful adult children and two very active grandkids.
