With over three decades of experience in massage therapy, including co-owning Ralston Massage Center and Ralston School of Massage, I bring a deep well of knowledge and skill to each session. My practice encompasses a range of services, from soothing Swedish massage enhancing wellness, and reducing stress to targeted therapeutic sessions for specific concerns.

My philosophy centers on the belief that massage therapy is a powerful tool for enhancing overall well-being. It promotes relaxation, aids in pain management, and helps alleviate stress. I am committed to tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and preferences, ensuring you leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and balanced.

Services:

Swedish Relaxation Massage: This relaxing massage is designed to release muscle tension and alleviate pain while soothing the central nervous system. It promotes mental, and physical relaxation and stress relief. The pressure can be light, medium, or firm, tailored to your preference. Typically offered as a full-body massage, it allows ample time for deeper relaxation.

Therapeutic Massage: When seeking health improvement and relief from chronic or acute pain or injury rehabilitation, I offer Therapeutic Massage. This approach typically involves a treatment plan targeting a specific need or area of the body over a designated period. To maximize the benefits of the techniques used, I may recommend appointments twice weekly or weekly. While a session or two can provide significant relief, lasting results often require time for the body to heal and fully integrate the necessary changes for the desired recovery.

Reiki Energy Work: Reiki is a hands-on, non-invasive method of energy work that gently channels universal life energy to promote healing and balance within the body, mind, and spirit. This alternative therapy is used to facilitate the flow of energy and help release blockages or tension, supporting overall well-being.

QHHT Regression Hypnosis: Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), developed by Dolores Cannon. QHHT offers a unique opportunity to access deeper levels of consciousness, gain insight into life challenges, connect with inner wisdom, and facilitate healing on multiple levels. I was inspired by QHHT's ability to help individuals discover answers from within themselves and explore the greater purpose behind their experiences.

Today, I bring together my learning background in massage therapy, and Reiki to your QHHT session providing a compassionate, supportive environment where clients can explore their own healing journey. My goal is to help each person access their own inner guidance, asking for the information they seek to gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence, peace, and understanding.
