Massage | Bodywork | Recovery | Renewal | Healing That Comes to You

Daybreak is in home massage and therapeutic bodywork created to bring comfort, care, and restoration directly to you.

I believe massage should be more than going through the motions. Your body has its own needs, your stress shows up differently, and your session should reflect that. Every massage is personalized around how you're feeling, what your body needs, and what you hope to get from your time on the table.

Whether you're carrying muscle tension, physically exhausted, overwhelmed by everyday life, or simply need space to slow down, my goal is for you to feel heard, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.

I bring the massage experience to your home, including the professional equipment and supplies needed for your session. We'll talk about your areas of concern, pressure preferences, and goals before beginning, then use a combination of relaxation and therapeutic techniques tailored specifically to you.

Daybreak was created around the belief that healing doesn't always happen all at once. Sometimes it begins with rest. Sometimes with relief. Sometimes simply by choosing to care for yourself again.
