I provide the therapeutic massage that is customized to each comfort level, ranging from light to deep pressure based on their individual needs and pain tolerance.
I specialize in full body, deep tissue and relaxation Swedish massage, spespecialized treatments for lower back and pelvic area due to pain and discomfort, along with advanced education in head, neck, and shoulder treatments. Comfort, touch inspired techniques, trigger point therapy, hot stone, massage, cupping, and also offer targeted treatments for plantar fasciitis, and foot pain.
My comfort touch approach is particularly beneficial for those who require a gentler touch for elderly individuals and clients experiencing significant discomfort due to illness, injury, or surgery.
Drawing on my personal trainer certification, I also offer valuable education on functional training, and rehab rehabilitation. Each session is tailored to ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive experience for every client.
