I believe it is important to feel a sense of ease and safety in our bodies to release recurring pain patterns.

Relaxation and deep tissue work coexist in my style of massage. An intricate dance of listening to the body's needs and responding with the right massage techniques creates a soothing yet effective approach to healing. I like to use a blend of deep tissue massage, stretches, and a feel-good flow to help you decompress from pain.

I graduated from Denver Integrative Massage School in June 2026, and am excited to return to Spirit and Matter after interning with Teresa this past winter and spring.

I look forward to deepening my understanding of the human body and mind through more advanced trainings such as, TMJ and intra-oral massage, Mayan Abdominal Massage, and lymphatic drainage.
