Crystal Meppen

My name is Crystal Meppen, a massage therapist since 2003 and now happily serving clients here in Kentucky. I specialize in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, and Craniosacral Therapy, blending trigger-point work, stretching, and deeper pressure to help the body release and reset. I'm also certified in Equine Massage Therapy and love seeing both people and horses respond and heal in their own unique ways.

I've been married to my best friend for 24 years, and we're blessed with four kids and two sweet grandbabies. I thank God for the gifts He's given me, and I look forward to meeting you and helping you feel your best.
