Hello! I am Constance Askins and the owner of Constant Body Works. I am also a proud graduate of the Northern Virigina School of Theraputic Massage and Liscensed Massage Therapist. I have hundreds of combined hours of education, training, and experience in the following massage techniques: Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, and Hydrotherapy. Each massage is customized using all of the tools in my kit to create a personlized and beneficial experience for each client.
