I’m Cody, a sports massage therapist working with athletes who take their training seriously. My focus is injury rehab, maintenance care, and performance-based recovery for people of Colorado who push their bodies hard and want them to last.

I work as a bodyworker, recovery specialist, and part of your training team. Sessions are guided by conversation, movement, and the real demands of your sport—addressing pain now so you can keep training, while building toward long-term resilience.
