Christopher Acosta

Hello everyone. I am Christopher, a SF Bay Area native. I absolutely love living here given the diverse cultures and food (although I am not a foodie), public transportation system, and close distance to stores and the beaches. My massage experience includes the spa environment, sports massage for local athletic events such as marathons and triathlons, with the most rewarding in a caregiving environment in which I provided a client with much needed pain relief.

Wellness is about balance of mind, body, and soul as all three are intertwined. Massage is the vehicle to assist clients in restoring balance. Clients can expect a Lomi Lomi massage approach in which I like to relax the body but will also apply medium to deep tissue approaches to address any knots or trigger points.
