I am a licensed massage therapis, with a proven track record of helping clients achieve peace and pain relief through effective massage techniques.

Current modalities include:

Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, & Post Surgical Massage.

I believe the body can tell us what it needs, if we are willing to listen.

When working with clients, I enjoy finding the root cause of pain or imbalance in the body, and providing them with the tools to improve overall health and wellbeing.
