China Facchini

I’m China Facchini, a licensed massage therapist, barefoot bodywork educator, and owner of Ashiatsu Myrtle Beach. Licensed since 2001 and working with Ashiatsu since 2003, I bring more than two decades of experience to my practice and classroom.

My specialty is barefoot massage, including Ashiatsu and Sarga Bodywork. These approaches use the feet to deliver broad, sustained pressure and flowing, intentional work. Each session is tailored to the individual, with attention to comfort, communication, and the way their body responds. My goal is to offer deeply effective bodywork that helps clients feel more comfortable and move with greater ease.

As a DeepFeet Bar Therapy and Sarga Bodywork instructor, I teach massage therapists how to use their feet with precision, confidence, and care. My teaching emphasizes thoughtful technique, adaptable pressure, body mechanics, and a strong connection with the person receiving the work. I teach locally and travel to offer classes, workshops, and immersive learning experiences.

My commitment to the profession also extends to massage championships. I founded the South Carolina Massage Championship and the American Competitive Massage Alliance, creating opportunities for therapists to connect, share knowledge, and showcase their skills. My involvement as an organizer, judge, and competitor continually informs my work as both a practitioner and educator.
