Chelsea Hansson

My name is Chelsea and I have been a massage therapist since early 2023. I believe everybody and every body is worthy of safe, therapeutic touch. Whether you’re looking to relax, recovering from an injury, or trying to manage chronic pain, massage has many benefits and can be a great addition to your self-care regimen. I believe in leading with kindness and aim to give my clients a judgment-free and caring environment.

My personal style of massage blends Swedish and rehabilitative techniques. Modalities used may include, but are not limited to, sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, gua sha, dry brushing, and cupping.

I take a nervous system-first approach, meaning I aim to bring calm to the body and will never push beyond your comfort level. If you’ve ever had a bad experience with a deep tissue massage or even a massage therapist who pushed your boundaries, consider coming to see me. A massage can be effective without leaving you sick or sore for days (excessive soreness can be a sign of overtreatment). Your comfort and safety will always be my top priority.
