Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling services for an event. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance, your deposit will become non-refundable to cover a portion of the expenses incurred in preparation for the canceled event. Payment for events canceled due to unforeseeable circumstances will be determined at the discretion of the therapist(s) on a case by case basis.
