Jacey French

I am Jacey. I do massage by referral and appointment only. My availability may be limited but I've been told that the quality of the massages I give is worth it. I believe that in a world where we need self care more than ever, I can better help others achieve that by not charging extra for add-ons that not only help you, but help me do my massage more efficiently. You will find that most of my massages are charged by time and that tools such as hot stones or cups may be included.

When I give a massage, I take my time to sink in, intentionally not digging or forcing as I find that the body is more likely to guard against that. I have been told my massages are a light to medium or maybe a medium firm but that my technique is more effective in helping to reach your goals. I love to incorporate guided deep breathing to sync with energetic rhythms while using my intuition to guide me to where I need to go.

Here is more information about massage therapy, the benefits, what you could expect, and the many many available massage modalities that are available. I highly encourage you to utilize the resource links below to learn more about the world of massage.
