I've been a licensed massage therapist for some time now, and this work continues to be my passion. I still remember sitting in the classroom at the beginning of my journey when my instructor said something that has stayed with me ever since: "Massage isn't just about rubbing backs—it's an art and a gift to help others find relief from pain and stress." That simple truth became the foundation of my practice.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with people—each with their own story, challenges, and goals. Whether someone comes in with chronic pain, stress, injury recovery needs, or simply looking to relax, I tailor every session to meet their unique needs.

My approach combines therapeutic technique, drawing from a variety of modalities including Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofascial. I believe that healing happens on many levels—physically, mentally and emotionally. The power of touch is one of the most natural and effective tools we have.

I want to create a safe, comfortable, and compassionate space for healing. That is at the heart of everything I do. I’m honored each time a client places their trust in me, and it’s deeply rewarding to support others on their path to wellness.
