I have been licensed for almost 13 years, I have my bachelor's in Health Science, I love the health world from clinical to physical fitness and mental health. I specialize more in trigger point and deep tissue, with some long strokes causing the muscles to relax and release. Being a massage therapist has shifted my perspective on physical and mental health, and how important it is to take care of ourselves to be the best version of ourselves and be there for our loved ones and of course show up for ourselves. I am big on banter, being playful and creating relationships (there is a timing for this). Everyone has their own story and it is one of the things that makes what I do so special.
