Her bodywork techniques include a blend of Swedish, Myofascial Release, Osteopathic, Neuropathic, Assisted & Active Resisted Stretches, PNF, Cranial Sacral Therapy Basics, & Foot Reflexology - Choosing what works best for YOU each session.
As a certified birth doula since 2013, Anne is knowledgeable about how pregnancy, labor, birth, & postpartum can affect the human body.
She can effectively customize your session & put focus on your specific therapeutic needs each time you see her, & at any stage in your life!
