Cindy Cisneros

Hi, I’m Cindy — a Licensed Massage Therapist and Body Sculptor based in Houston, TX.

I’ve been practicing massage since 2016, and over the years my approach has continued to evolve. I’ve always been interested in the why behind what I’m feeling under my hands, not just finding the sore spot and working on it.

I see the body as a connected puzzle. The place that hurts isn’t always the only place that matters, so I look at movement, tension patterns, and how different areas of the body may be working together.

I’m big on continuing education and staying curious. As I learn more about the body, I bring that knowledge into my sessions while keeping the work practical, individualized, and within my scope as a massage therapist.

My goal isn’t just to make you feel good for an hour. I want you to leave with a better understanding of your body and what it may be asking for.

Whether you’re dealing with everyday tension, an active lifestyle, the physical demands of work, or simply need time to slow down, my job is to meet your body where it is and create a session around you.

Come as you are. We’ll figure out the rest from there.
