Hi! I'm Emrys, an Olympia-based Soma Structural Integration practitioner. Structural Integration is a holistic bodywork modality that releases restrictions in the fascia, our body-wide connective tissue matrix that surrounds and supports our muscles, bones, organs, tendons and nerves. Soma bodywork can help with a variety of conditions and experiences, including addressing chronic pain and tension, improving posture & flexibility, and supporting recovery from injuries or surgery.

Soma uses a combination of hands-on deep-tissue bodywork, movement education, and mindful self-awareness to address your body as a whole system. Through manual tissue release and guided movement, we work together to to release restrictions, re-educate your body & nervous system, and help you find more ease in your movement, posture, and life.
