Brenda J. Windom, LMT, CLT-LANA, CWT has been in the Shelton area since December 2016. Her practice focuses on the therapeutic benefits of massage. From everyday aches and pains and weekend-warrior injuries to chronic condition treatment; body work techniques reduce pain and improve function. She is certified in Complete Decongestive Therapy for Lymphedema(CDT), IntraOral massage, and Certified Wound Therapist. She also offers selected spa services with relaxation massage to lower mental stress. Mind and body together form an amazing machine!
