I’m a massage therapist with over 20 years of experience helping people feel better in their bodies, move with more ease, and reconnect with themselves. My approach is hands-on, intuitive, and grounded in treating the whole person—not just the symptoms. I specialize in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, blending therapeutic skill with a calming, supportive presence. I also draw from training in Reiki, Pranic Healing, and Integrative Energy Therapy to support deeper relaxation and balance. With a background as a Physical Therapist since 2013 and a focus on women’s health, I bring both clinical insight and heart to every session.
