Thank you for your interest in Body Karma by Allysa McGill. I truly enjoy working with people towards creating a life that is free of pain. Such a life comes not simply from my effort, but also from your understanding of your own body and what it is trying to tell you. I am not a healer, but rather a healing facilitator. I work with people from all walks of life. If you are a human, bodywork is for you.

Every single person is physically unique and I use a variety of modalities in each session to cater to your needs. Along with Deep Tissue Massage I am trained in Myofascial Release (MFR), Thai Massage, Massage Cupping, Hot Stones, Neuromuscular Therapy and Ashiatsu (using my feet). Each session is customized to what you are feeling on that day.
