I am an Advanced Practitioner of Equine Structural Integration. I utilize the ‘Equine Natural Movement’ Structural Integration Series. This series aligns and re-balances the horse's body by lengthening and repositioning the horse’s connective tissue. Studies have found that when connective tissue becomes fibrous and glue-like, it causes reduced flexibility in joints and muscles; this can lead to reduced performance and possible injuries for your equine companion.

Equine Structural Integration (ESI) Bodywork helps the body’s connective tissues to return to a more elastic and gel-like state. As this work begins to minimizes the size of adhesions, we find that restricted movement and compensation patterns disappear. As freedom of movement emerges, horses become less prone to injury, are more resilient and move with greater balance, fluidity, power and grace; they may even display better attitudes!

I further completed studies in Human Structural Integration and became Board Certified (cm) in 2014. I have additional training in ScarWork, BoneWork, Structural Integrating the Cranium and I am in the midst of Studying Biomechanics and Visceral Manipulation.

Outside of my equine practice, I now see clients in my office in the heart of beautiful downtown Princeton, NJ. You may find more information about my practice for people, Princeton SI, on my website: www.princeton-si.com.

I enjoy working with individuals looking to improve their present alignment and thus better navigate through their daily lives. I especially enjoy working with athletes (riders and otherwise) to help improve their athletic performance. I have experience helping rehabilitate horses, athletes and other individuals after injuries.
