Barbara Ballensky

My name is Barbara Ballensky, owner and licensed massage therapist at Massage 101, located at the corner of Dakota and Main in Vermillion, South Dakota.

As as massage therapist since 2002, I believe regular massage is an important part of maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle. My goal is to provide personalized care that supports your overall wellbeing and helps you feel your best.

I use swedish massage as a base and incorporate other modalities such as deep tissue, myofascial release, reiki, neuromuscular therapy and stretching within the session.

Make an appointment today -- I would be honored to work with you!
