Neck work may include sustained finger-pressure techniques along the occipital ridge and base of the skull—a technique John routinely incorporates to address localized neck tension. Other areas may receive focused pressure to localized muscular tension when appropriate, without presenting the work as a specialized trigger-point therapy session.

Common areas of focus include neck and shoulder tension, back and hip tightness, overworked legs, mobility limitations, and recovery following exercise, sports, travel, or physically demanding work.

For mobile appointments, John brings the professional massage table, fresh linens, and necessary supplies directly to the client’s home. Limited appointments in Lake Hiawatha may also be available by advance arrangement.
