My name is Ariel, welcome to my table. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, with certifications in Reflexology, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I truly believe the body is capable of healing itself in the right environment with helping hands and encouragement. With so many stresses triggering us day to day, our nervous system is constantly engaged and unable to relax and do what it was built for, HEALING. Relaxation, Therapeutic and Deep Tissue massage sessions are all centered around calming the body, yes even Deep Tissue! I believe the body must trust you before you go digging into those deeper layers, it's also a kinder way to heal your body. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is essential for detoxing your body, and also very relaxing. Think of your Lymphatic system like the janitor of your body, It picks up all the yuck, but moves it out slowly. A Manual Lymphatic Drainage session helps move the yuck filled fluid out of the system 10 times faster! What an enjoyable way to clean out your body. What I love about Reflexology is the feet! Reflexology stimulates your nerves, and also brings the body back to balance. It is also a great option for those uncomfortable being undresse. Reiki which means universal energy speaks to your energy. Reiki can do no harm. In my sessions I offer tuning forks to speak to the cells, and chakras. I got few other tricks up my sleeve For these sessions as well. If it's a mind body and soul session you are looking for, I would suggest trying a Reiki Reflexology Massage combo and melt into the table.
