At Arelani Healing in Plano, Texas, I believe therapeutic touch is about more than relieving muscle tension. It's about creating a space where you feel genuinely cared for, where your body can relax, and where you can simply be.

I'm Kai Leach, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Medical Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Holistic Neurosomatic Bodywork Practitioner. My approach combines therapeutic bodywork, intuitive touch, and compassionate presence to create sessions tailored to your individual needs.

My Approach to Bodywork

I specialize in Ashiatsu barefoot massage, a technique that uses controlled pressure from the feet to deliver broad, flowing compression to the muscles. I also incorporate neurosomatic bodywork, craniosacral-informed touch, and Reiki to support relaxation, body awareness, and overall well-being.

Whether you're experiencing chronic muscle tension, stress, physical fatigue, or simply need time to reconnect with yourself, each session is designed around what your body needs that day.

My intention is for every client to feel comfortable, respected, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

We begin by discussing your needs, comfort level, and preferences. Throughout your session, I adjust my techniques and pressure to create a therapeutic experience that feels both effective and nurturing.
