Welcome to my website, my name is Anne Quinlan and I am a massage therapist, certified lymphedema therapist, and occupational therapist. WIth my massage practice, my goal is simple: to help people feel better in their own bodies. Every session is guided by intuition and a genuine sense of care, not a script. I pay attention to what your body is saying in the moment—where it’s holding, where it’s tired, where it needs space—and I let that guide the work. It’s about listening through touch, easing what’s tight, and helping you leave feeling more balanced, grounded, and connected to yourself.
