About
Welcome!
Today's fast-paced society demands a lot from us, and takes its toll on our bodies, minds, and spirits. In order to give your best, whether it's an athletic performance, job performance, or caring for others, you need to feel your best. When you are distracted by pain, tension, stress, or emotional instability, you are being held back from giving your all.
I firmly believe that massage is an invaluable tool in helping to achieve and maintain wellness and balance in life, freeing you from restrictions and enabling you to reach your goals! Good health is a great treasure, and well worth the effort it takes to achieve! There is a beautiful synergistic relationship among exercise, good nutrition, and massage that can support you on your quest for good health.
Whatever your health status, challenges, and goals may be, I will work with you to determine how massage can be of greatest benefit to you. Using techniques such as Swedish massage, Lymphatic Drainage Techniques, Neuromuscular Release Therapy, Acupressure, and Craniosacral Therapy, I tailor every session to each individual client. Whether you desire therapeutic work to address discomfort, or simply need to take care of yourself with a relaxing massage, we will determine the best approach together.
I am passionate about this work and look forward to working with you!

What is keeping you from being your best, and how can massage help?
If feeling stressed out and worn down is holding you back, know that massage can contribute to:
- Greater energy.
- Improved concentration.
- Reduced fatigue.
- Decreased anxiety.
- Enhanced sleep quality.
Need to bring your "A-game" to the next marathon or athletic competition? Including massage as part of your self-care can give you an edge by:
- Helping athletes of any level prepare for, and recover from, strenuous workouts.
- Relaxing and softening injured, tired, and overused muscles.
- Reducing spasms and cramping.
- Promoting tissue regeneration, reducing scar tissue and stretch marks.
- Pumping oxygen and nutrients into tissues and vital organs, improving circulation.
- Increasing joint flexibility.
- Releasing endorphins—amino acids that work as the body's natural painkillers.
We all get older, but there's no reason to feel older than you are! Massage therapy is a great natural way to manage the aging process by:
- Promoting tissue regeneration, reducing scar tissue and stretch marks.
- Pumping oxygen and nutrients into tissues and vital organs, improving circulation.
- Alleviating low-back pain and improve range of motion.
- Exercising and stretching weak, tight, or atrophied muscles.
- Improving the condition of the body's largest organ—the skin.
- Increasing joint flexibility.
- Easing medication dependence.
- Enhancing immunity by stimulating lymph flow—the body's natural defense system.
- Relieving migraine pain.
Whatever your condition, I invite you to try massage and see how you feel!
Investing in massage is an investment in your health!
Massage sessions may be relaxing and/or therapeutic in nature. You decide what your goals for each session will be, and we will work together towards that outcome! It is important to me that you always feel comfortable, so you will always determine the areas of your body to be worked, the amount of pressure to be applied, and the amount of clothing to be removed. Clothed sessions are always an option! Techniques to be used may include any of the following massage modalities:
Swedish Massage: This is the foundation for most types of massage, and is generally what comes to mind when most people think of massage. It consists of smooth, gliding strokes that aid in warming, softening, and flushing out muscle tissue. Swedish massage is usually lubricated work and is both relaxing and therapeutic.
Neuromuscular Release Therapy: Neuromuscular Release Therapy is therapeutic work that involves locating and releasing points of tension in muscles. These trigger points may be exquisitely tender, and may refer pain to areas of the body other than their specific location. Releasing trigger points may provide rapid and lasting relief from areas of acute discomfort.
Acupressure: This ancient art draws on thousands of years of Chinese medicine to address imbalances along energy meridians of the body. It utilizes the same points as acupuncture, but employs finger pressure instead of needles. Acupressure is an especially useful tool for tension that may be emotionally related.
Lymphatic Drainage: Promoting the movement of fluid and waste materials through the lymphatic system, this extremely light modality helps keep the immune system functioning optimally, aids in detoxification, reduces swelling/edema, and is useful in decreasing sinus pressure.
Craniosacral Therapy: Useful in helping to calm the central nervous system, this energetic modality uses a series of very light holds to facilitate extremely deep relaxation.
30-minute massage: $35
One-hour massage: $65
90-minute massage: $100

Business hours are from 9:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday.
Please use the contact form for inquiries or to schedule an appointment.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life! Kids get sick, business obligations arise, and accidents happen. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is requested when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
Arriving Late
If you arrive late for your appointment, I will determine what benefits can reasonably be achieved in the time remaining and adjust the session plan accordingly or determine if rescheduling is a better option. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time!
I look forward to working with you!
