Kathryn Adams

I'm Kathryn "Kat" Hollars.  I've been helping people feel better and get out of pain conditions since 2007.  I arrive at each session with presence and intention and customize the session to address the needs of that person, that day.  I see the body as a whole and work to find the cause of the pain/dysfunction instead of just treating the symptoms.  I hope to help people on their own healing journey as well as empower them with self-treatment tools and techniques.
