I’m passionate about my work and enjoy helping others find the grace, joy and ease within their bodies, minds and souls. I look forward to helping you relieve aches and pains, relax and de-stress! I’m humbled by each and every one of my clients and am deeply grateful for the opportunity to guide them on their wellness journeys.

I’ve also been offering private fitness and yoga instruction for over fifteen years. Prior to developing my private practice, I taught thousands of group fitness and yoga classes to the general public. I offer my most sincere gratitude to all the incredible professors, massage masters, yoga & meditation teachers, students and clients that I’ve had the privilege and honor to learn from over the years. Yes, I learn a lot from my students and clients!
