Jodi Favazza

Jodi has been practicing massage therapy since 2009, when she graduated from Educating Hands School of Massage,one of the top programs in the country. She also actively participates in ongoing professional development, attending conventions with top massage therapists in the country each summer, publishing articles in professional magazines, and having served as Chapter President, ChapterSecretary and convention volunteer of the Florida State Massage Therapy Association, the oldest professional massage organization in the country.  Jodi believes firmly in continuing to learn and update herself in the field and has a passion for massage therapy. She has developed a fusion of many massage modalities in order to create a perfect massage for each client’s needs. As a result, clients have commented that you can “feel her heart through her hands” and “she is a lifesaver and really listens to my needs”. She has even been nicknamed The Muscle Whisperer by her clients who have stated “she communicates with my muscles on a cellular level.” Some of the modalities she performs are CBD massage, Swedish, deep tissue, stretching/sports, cupping, prenatal, reiki, chair (corporate), and other modalities.  Additionally, she spent time working with accident victims. She is also a member of the Bodymasons Performance Therapy Team (formerly the Maryland Sports Massage Therapy Team). Jodi’s goal and passion is to make a positive difference for every client. Jodi has received the National Humanitarian Award in 2019 from Performance Health, Winners Circle in 2019 for Elements Massage, and Massage Therapy Location of the Year from What’s Up Annapolis in 2012 as well as being nominated for FSMTA LMT of the Year in 2019, and Elements Massage National LMT of the Year in 2018. When not doing massage or studying new techniques, Jodi enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and granddaughter, teaching elementary school, volunteering, and participating as a member of American Business Women’s Association Maryland Capital Chapter.
