Josie Lee

Josie Lee LMT, is a fully insured and licensed Massage Therapist that has always had an interest in healing through massage and bodywork. Even before ever enrolling in massage school she found herself offering shoulder rubs to anyone that showed signs of discomfort, pain or fatigue. In fact, it was her now husband that made the suggestion for her to pursue massage as a career because of how much she had helped him even at an amateur level.

 

Josie graduated from Institute For Therapeutic Massage in 2005 and has gained  hands-on experience while working in the medical field, with franchises and other professional settings.  Her reputation and skill set most recently provided her an opportunity to work as an independent contractor with the New York Giants Football Team.  Josie is extremely passionate about helping others to heal, rejuvenate and relax.  She is able to accomplish this by offering a variety of techniques which include; Therapeutic, Sports, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal and Hot Stone Massage.  Josie’s vast experience has provided her the knowledge that each massage must be uniquely customized to elicit the greatest results in achieving optimal wellness.  She looks forward to addressing your specific needs and would be happy to entertain any questions or concerns about massage that you may have prior to your visit.
