Over the past 20 years, Lymph Drainagae Therapy has helped many clients receiving this therapy, overcome anxiety, depression, fatigue. Lymph therapy also helps the body to rapidly recover from accidents, surgery, as well as swelling and pain resulting from surgery.
Used in conjunction with Craniosacral therapy, migraine sufferes often find lasting relief.
Myofascial Release plays an important part in healing as well. Stress, accidents, surgery causes the fascia to bind causing local and referred pain. Releasing these restrictions often brings relief of pain. When the fascia is released, all the restricted lymph and blood cells are released into the system
Applying Lymph Drainage therapy at this time is important in aiding the body to flush out the toxins that have just been release.
