About

Your session will be customized to your needs, requests and will include a combination of these techniques.

Swedish – The most popular massage, this massage is very relaxing to the mind and body. It is a whole-body massage that works all the major surface muscles of the body to loosen the muscles, improve blood flow while reducing tension in the whole body leaving you feeling relaxed and renewed. This is a great massage to get done weekly, or even more to help you stay in that feeling good mood. This can include some light stretching to improve relaxation.
Deep Tissue - This massage while also relaxing works the deeper muscles and tendons of the body to release tension them. This massage is a good weekly or biweekly massage, for when you have gone the “extra mile” in your workout or doing physical activities.
Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) – This is a more advance stretching using a combination of passive stretching and isometric contractions (gentle resistance) that is used to help your muscles “relearn” how to return to their full stretch ability.
Trigger Point – This massage focuses on sore spots, “knots” in the muscles, and using very precise compression of these locations help your body release the tension in these locations so that the muscle can start to regain functionality without the pain that was originally there.
Integrated neuromuscular ischemic technique (INIT) – Is an advance form of Trigger point by not only compressing the sore spot, but also working the muscle through a range of motion which expands the releasing of the muscle tension to a broader and deeper area.
Myofascial Release – This massage works on the tough membranes that connects your whole body by wrapping, connecting, and supporting your soft tissues including your muscles. By releasing and untangling the Myofascial membrane it allows blood and lymphoid fluid to move freely in the body to promote healing.
Shiatsu – This massage technique works by helping your bodies energy flow through the meridians (channels) and zones of your body by combining your breathing with the massage movements.
•Polarity Therapy – This massage technique uses your body’s natural electrical field to help it heal by removing blocks and rebalancing the flow of the electrical currents in their zones and channels in the body.
Reflexology – This massage technique, also called zone therapy uses the application of pressure to certain points of the body, usually hands or feet to release blockages in the organs of your body to promote proper function along with healing of the body along the zones.
·Polarity Therapy – This massage technique uses your body’s natural electrical field to help it heal by removing blocks and rebalancing the flow of the electrical currents in their zones and channels in the body.
Reiki Therapy – This is an energy massage which helps your body to restore and rebalance its energy flow through the proper channels and zones to promote physical, mental and emotional healing.
