My name is Valery Lara and I'm a massage therapist. in North Jersey area.I am here to help you!

Valery is graduated with her bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Are Andina University, in her native country of Colombia.  She worked in the beautiful city of Pereira offering both physical and massage therapy. This included working as the resident therapist for a soccer team. having experience with orthopedic and hospital areas. In looking for a new opportunity she moved out to the united states to grow up. Valery went to the school of massage therapy in the state of New Jersey. During this time, she took certifications on how to treat the pain in the lower spine and Neck to give the clients the best options to help. She loves a healthy lifestyle, now she combines massage therapist and personal trainer bringing a holistic treatment for her clients. And now she just got her nutrition coach certification.

With her strong educational background and expertise in anatomy, join paint as movement patterns, Valery is able to create a personalized treatment to address each client's need by referencing her knowledge of these techniques.

Valery always says “the body talks” her methodology is to serve the muscle needs, she chose a different touch to bring to each client care and relief. She is trained to touch the body and concentrate to get the relaxation or rehab that they need.
