Hi my name is Valerie

I have been a massage therapist since 2009.  I have learned many modalities during my time of study.  The importance of the work I do is to make my client feel better than they did when they walked through my door.  Bodywork therapy takes time because it took time for us to eat and do the wrong things to our bodies, and get to the horrible place that we are.

Body/Mind connection is important because it pertains to the lifeline of living.  We have memories of our past, stored up in the cells of our body and they must be released in order to feel some type of wellness.  Massage is not only good for the partaker, but for all those around them.
