My training began when I was a little girl. My fther would pay me to rub his feet.  At that time I was motivated by ice cream.  Now, 30 years later, helping animals & humans alike alleviate stress & pain; this is my passion!!

I’ve earned over 700 hours in Massage Therapy learning different modalities; such as Deep Tissue, Thai (Lazy man’s yoga), Acupressure, Energy balancing, Reflexology, & Neuromuscular.  With training from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego.  There are times when I touch a person and they don't even realize they have pain & discomfort in that part of the body.

My specialties are: Deep Tissue, Thai, Reflexology, IT band issues, Sciatica pain, Lower back & neck pain, & treating the entire body with different modalities to fit any particular situation.

I feel our bodies communicate with us on a deeper level than just touch. When we hurt & is unaware of that pain, then your energy or Qi is then affected.   This is where I come in to help rebalance those deeper levels of our muscles & energy or Qi.
