I offer on-line booking with office hours being Tuesday- Friday 8am- 5pm (by Appointment only) From Relaxation to Deep Tissue, Stretching and Energy Work. You don't have to be in pain to receive massage and the benefits are many. I believe in working the body as a whole. Mind, Body and Spirit. I love to be in Nature so I also offer Transfermational Coaching through Nature Connection. I have studied a veriety of things and enjoy sharing tools to help my clients in their everyday life.
