Today, self-care often gets ignored as we each try to stay in step with the fast paced world we live in.  A pause is often well deserved and can provide a reset to accomplish well being. Massage aids in that reset and assists us in feeling more in touch with our own sense of self. My focus with each massage is to assist my clients in achieving that sense of self.
