I have been a licensed massage therapist for fifteen years.

Since my initial studies, I have been tirelessly intrigued by the human form and healing through massage and bodywork.

Along with the foundation of relaxation massage, I have studied clinical approaches to massage such as myofascial therapy, neuromuscular/trigger point therapy, and orthopedic massage.

I've explored the wisdom of bodywork modalities from other cultures and peoples such as shiatsu from the Japanese, lomilomi from the Hawaiians, and Cherokee bodywork.

I've attuned my subtle senses and become more sensitive through the study of energetic and vibrational techniques that include CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, Healing Touch, and aromatherapy.

My early years were in the day spa industry where nurturing touch was emphasized.

All these influences has contributed to the touch that is uniquely my own.

I am a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, and a Nationally Certified massage therapist. I am licensed in Montana, Florida and New York.

I recently moved to Helena with my husband, a Montana native, and we are both thrilled to be back here. I am enthusiastic to offer my massage and bodywork services to the good people of Montana!
