In 1994 I made the exciting decision to follow my calling and enrolled in a massage therapy training program. 

That was a lot of years ago, and I have taken a ton of additional trainings since then. I focus on Myofascial Release in my practice, offering longer-lasting relief than other techniques I've experieinced.

I believe that healing occurs on multiple levels, phycial. spiritual and emotional- usually all at the same time. I no longer believe that we can separate the body/mind/spirit, they are all one and the same.
